1. Applicability

This refund policy applies only to payments made via Stripe or other on-site payment methods provided by TIMEACTOR, LLC. Payments made through third-party platforms or resellers may be subject to their own refund policies.

2. Refund Conditions

TIMEACTOR is committed to providing high-quality services. Our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Within 14 Days of First Subscription Purchase:
    If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase, provided you have not used more than 3 analysis services.
  2. Service Unavailability:
    If our service experiences major technical issues resulting in continuous unavailability for 72 hours, you may request a proportional refund for the unused subscription period.
  3. Annual Subscription:
    Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the used period (on a monthly basis) from the total subscription fee.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@time.actor
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the email subject
  3. Provide your account email address and subscription purchase date
  4. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request

Our support team will respond within 3 business days after receiving your request. If your request meets the refund conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

For international or multi-currency payments, the refunded amount may be affected by exchange rate fluctuations and/or transaction fees charged by your payment provider. TIMEACTOR, LLC is not responsible for any differences caused by such factors.

5. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current subscription period, and you will not be charged again.

Note: Cancelling auto-renewal does not constitute a refund. To request a refund, please follow the refund process above.

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. For significant changes, we will notify users via email or a prominent notice on our website.
