Terms of Service
Last updated: July 10, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and
tools (collectively, the "Services") operated by TIMEACTOR, LLC ("TIMEACTOR," "we," "us," or
"our"), including but not limited to Bazi, Xuan Kong Feng Shui, Divination Oracle, Temple
Decoding, Tarot Reading, and CapyCal Calendar, accessible through time.actor and its subdomains.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
TIMEACTOR provides a suite of software tools that generate algorithmic and AI-assisted outputs
in the domain of traditional metaphysics, including life chart analysis, Feng Shui mapping,
divination, Tarot interpretation, and calendar utilities.
Important Disclaimer: All outputs produced by our Services are generated by
software algorithms and artificial intelligence. They are provided for
entertainment, educational, and self-reflection purposes only. Our Services do
not provide, and should not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind — including but
not limited to medical, legal, financial, psychological, or religious advice. You should consult
qualified professionals for decisions affecting your health, finances, legal standing, or
well-being. TIMEACTOR makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness,
or applicability of any Service output to your individual circumstances.
3. Account Registration
-
To access certain features, you must register an account using a valid email address. You
agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.
-
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for
all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any
unauthorized use.
-
You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access the
Services through your account. Each account is for a single individual's use.
4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
-
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or
regulations.
-
Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive,
defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
-
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or
entity.
-
Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services.
-
Use any automated means (including bots, scripts, scrapers, or data mining tools) to access
or interact with the Services without our express written permission.
-
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of
any part of the Services.
4.1 Abuse of Service Resources & Multiple Accounts
Our Services consume computational resources to generate outputs, and certain features are
subject to usage limits, credit balances, or subscription tiers. To protect the availability and
fairness of the Services for all users, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:
-
Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits,
credit caps, initial experience allowances, rate limits, or any other access restrictions imposed
by TIMEACTOR.
-
Sequential or parallel account abuse: using multiple accounts (whether
registered under your own identity, aliases, or third-party credentials) to obtain more
Service outputs than a single account is entitled to under its plan or credit balance.
-
Account farming or sharing schemes: creating accounts for resale, transfer,
or shared access by multiple individuals, or pooling credits across accounts to bypass
per-account limits.
-
Excessive or abusive usage patterns on a single account that unreasonably
burden our infrastructure, including but not limited to high-frequency automated queries,
requests that significantly exceed normal human usage patterns, or actions designed to
degrade Service performance for others.
Consequences: TIMEACTOR reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to
suspend or permanently terminate
all accounts associated with the violating user, void any credits, points, or
subscription balances on such accounts without refund, and block future access to the Services.
We may also take technical measures to detect and prevent such abuse, including IP-based or
device-based rate limiting.
5. Credits, Subscriptions & Paid Services
-
Access to core AI-powered features of the Services operates on a credit-based system.
Credits are consumed when you use certain tools, including AI conversations, divination,
report generation, and other interactive features. You may obtain credits through
subscription plans (which provide recurring weekly credits), by purchasing credit packs,
or through initial experience credits provided to new accounts. Credits are universal
across all TIMEACTOR tools — purchased credits or subscription credits grant access to
any priced feature within the Services without requiring a separate membership for each
tool. Pricing and specific features are as displayed on our website or within the
relevant tool at the time of purchase.
-
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (including but not limited to
Stripe and platform in-app purchase systems). By making a purchase, you agree to the
applicable payment provider's terms.
-
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may manage or
cancel auto-renewal through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of
the current billing period; you retain access until then.
-
Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. There are two types of credits:
(a) Weekly subscription credits are provided to active subscribers on a
recurring basis and reset each subscription cycle — unused weekly credits do not
accumulate across cycles; (b) Purchased additional credits and initial
experience credits do not expire and remain available until consumed. Certain promotional
credits may carry expiration terms as stated at the time of issuance. Unused credits are
not refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.
-
TIMEACTOR reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, or credit structures
with reasonable advance notice. Price changes do not affect subscriptions already paid for
the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
-
All content, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials provided by
TIMEACTOR as part of the Services (collectively, "TIMEACTOR Content") are owned by
TIMEACTOR, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other
intellectual property laws.
-
TIMEACTOR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to
access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
-
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or
commercially exploit any TIMEACTOR Content without our prior written consent.
-
Outputs generated by the Services are provided for your personal use. You may use them for
personal reference and sharing, provided you do not represent them as professional advice
or resell them commercially.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY
KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIMEACTOR DISCLAIMS
ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the foregoing, TIMEACTOR does not warrant that: (a) the Services will be
uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) any Service output will be accurate, complete, or
applicable to you; (c) any defects or errors will be corrected; or (d) the Services are free of
viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TIMEACTOR, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS,
EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL,
ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY,
CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TIMEACTOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING
TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TIMEACTOR FOR
THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS
($100).
9. Termination
-
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time through your account
settings or by contacting us.
-
TIMEACTOR may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if: (a) you violate
these Terms; (b) your conduct creates risk or potential legal exposure for TIMEACTOR; (c)
your account is used for fraudulent or illegal activities; or (d) your account remains
inactive for an extended period as determined by TIMEACTOR.
-
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Any data associated
with your account may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Termination does not
entitle you to a refund except as provided in our Refund Policy or as required by law.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any
dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively
in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction
of such courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you
through the Services or via email at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the
revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services before the
changes take effect.
